Daniel Pandu Mau received his bachelor’s degree in education from University of Palangka Raya. He finished his first master’s degree in tourism studies at University of Udayana specialized in tourism planning and developmet, and received his second master’s degree in business management at the same university specialized in hotel and tourism business marketing. He is currently a lecturer in department of hotel and tourism management at Bali International Polytechnic, Indonesia.

Tjokorda Gde Raka Sukawati has a doctorate in business management from University of Brawijaya, Indonesia. Besides as an associate professor in faculty of economic and business at University of Udayana, he is also a tourism practitioner/entrepreneurship especially in resort and hotel business, as well as an artist and cultural expert in Bali. He is interested in development of cultural-based tourism business.
